Where are your in-person sessions held?

In-person training takes place at Beastmode HQ in Sacramento, CA, a fully equipped private gym environment. Group sessions, personal training, and transformation challenges are all hosted here.

What if I have a previous injury or chronic health issue?

No problem. We offer recovery-based programs tailored for clients with injury history, chronic conditions, or surgical rehab needs. These include mobility work, functional strength, and recovery protocols designed for safe progression.

How do I know which training program is right for me?

We recommend starting with a free consultation call or submitting an application form. From there, Coach D will evaluate your goals, experience, and availability to match you with the right program.

What makes Beastmode different from other training programs or gyms?

Do I need to be an athlete to train with Coach D?

Not at all. While we work with many high-level athletes, our programs are designed for everyday warriors too — professionals, parents, beginners, and those coming back from injury. You bring the commitment; we’ll bring the plan.

What types of clients do you work with at Beastmode Strength & Conditioning?

We work with a wide range of clients including elite athletes (NFL, NBA, MLB, Olympic, collegiate), busy professionals, parents, first responders, injury-recovery clients, and individuals at every fitness level who are serious about transformation — mentally and physically.

Are your programs suitable for women?

Absolutely. We offer Glutes & Grit, a women’s strength system focused on glute development, fat loss, and building a powerful, athletic physique. All nutrition and training programs are also customized for hormone, lifestyle, and performance needs.

What if I travel often or have a busy schedule?

Our online and hybrid coaching options are perfect for remote professionals or athletes on the go. You’ll get flexible, structured training delivered through the app — with coach access and video support to keep you on track wherever you are.

Do you offer short-term transformation challenges?

Yes. We run 8–12 week transformation challenges with a start/end assessment, nutrition coaching, community support, mindset modules, and prizes. These are perfect for clients ready to push hard and create lasting change.

Are your programs science-based or trendy fitness routines?

Every program is rooted in sports science — from biomechanics to performance testing and progression systems. There are no trends, no gimmicks, and no fluff — just proven strategies backed by data and elite coaching.
